ECIDS Standard Reports

All personally identifiable information is removed from ECIDS reports and research publications. Comprehensive measures have been taken to ensure the privacy and security of ECIDS data.

ECIDS REPORT #1: CHILDREN UNDER SIX DATA SUMMARY REPORT

This ECIDS standard report displays summary (the same child may be counted more than once) and distinct (the same child is only counted once) child counts for children that are still under 6 years old according to the programs and timeframes selected.

ECIDS REPORT #2: ENROLLMENT DATA SUMMARY REPORT

This ECIDS standard report displays enrollment information for children that are still under 6 years old according to the programs and timeframes selected.

Report filters:
  • Report Timeframe
  • Geographical Area
  • Program(s)
  • Utah Birth Registry Filter Options
Report sections:
  • Distinct child count enrolled prior to timeframe and not enrolled with the user selected filters
  • Single program enrollment
  • Multiple program enrollment
  • Program enrollment
  • Single program enrollment by program
  • Multiple program enrollment by program
  • Previously enrolled to timeframe by program
  • Newly enrolled during timeframe by program
ECIDS REPORT #3: PROGRAM CROSSOVER DATA SUMMARY REPORT

This ECIDS standard report displays the number of children under 6 years old enrolled in more than one program participating in Utah’s ECIDS.

  • Program(s)
  • Utah Birth Registry Filter Options
Report sections:
  • Crossover child program count
ECIDS REPORT #4: PROGRAM SEQUENCE DATA SUMMARY REPORT

This ECIDS standard report displays the enrollment sequence (order) of children under 6 years old in programs participating in Utah’s ECIDS.

  • Report Timeframe
  • Geographical Area
  • Program(s)
  • Utah Birth Registry Filter Options
Report sections:
  • Program Enrollment Sequence (by start date)
  • Enrollment Sequence Child Count

ECIDS Programs

Note: If a combination of filter options produce a sample size of less than 10 in the report (total child count and/or distinct count), a user is prompted to expand the filter parameters.
If a subtotal has a result size of less than 10 in a report, use SCSS (small cell size suppression) value instead of the actual value.
